3 tbsp olive oil
2 laurel leaves
2 paprika tsp
1/2 finely sliced onion
1 small green pepper, cut into fine strips
1 small red pepper, cut into fine strips
1 small yellow pepper, cut into fine strips
1 tz cherry tomatoes
1 clove of crushed garlic
Ground black Pepper
600 GRS of white fish fillet
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the Laurel and paprika; Cook for a few seconds and add the onion, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and season.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes. ADD 1 cup of water and add the seasoned fish and leave to the fire until the fish is cooked and the vegetables are soft.
